How the Respond process works
Respond runs some of the largest single blocks in Dublin, including Rathborne Wharf in Dublin 15 with studios from €1,350 and 1-beds at €1,512. Applications are through an online form on respond.ie for the named scheme, with a random draw when oversubscribed and documents per the advert.
Check each scheme’s page for its own closing date and document timing; Respond varies these more than Tuath does. The eligibility rules are the ones every provider uses: net income under the €66,000 Dublin or €59,000 national limit, and rent at no more than 35% of net income.
