Eligibility is decided solely by the housing provider from your documents. Our calculators produce estimates from published rules and your inputs and may be wrong for your circumstances.
No applications
We do not take, process or forward applications. Applications are made only on the provider’s own website, which we link to. We have no role in, and no responsibility for, the outcome of any application.
Accuracy
Scheme details (dates, rents, prices, home counts) are reproduced from the official Housing Agency portal and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the provider without notice. Alert emails may be late or fail to send. Always confirm details on the provider’s page before relying on them. We accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or from missed or inaccurate alerts, to the extent permitted by law.
Alerts
Free alerts are provided as-is and may be changed, limited or stopped at any time. Do not sign up addresses that are not yours. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Paid alerts
Paid alerts cost €15 for 12 months from the date of payment, one payment, no automatic renewal. Payment is taken by Stripe; your card statement shows Avlas Digital. You may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund by replying to your receipt email; after that, no refund is due but alerts continue to the end of the period. Paid alerts depend on the provider publishing accurate opening times on the official portal, and on email delivery, neither of which we control. Our liability for any failure of the paid service is limited to the amount you paid.
