1. Run the check above and read the documents checklist. Every adult needs ID, proof of address and residency, proof of income (Employment Detail Summary, three payslips, Statement of Liability), a bank statement, an employer reference and a landlord reference, all dated within the last six weeks where relevant.
  2. Be on Clare County Council’s page a few minutes before Thu 10 Sept 2026, 12:00. Applications are only accepted through the provider’s own portal, never by email or phone.
  3. Submit one application per household for this scheme, for a home size that matches your household. Two applications means disqualification.
  4. Eligible applications are ranked by date and time received, with household-size priority for three- and four-bed homes. Have mortgage approval in principle ready.
