We ran a free announcement-only alert until September 2026; it left people missing the windows it was meant to catch, so there is one alert now and it does the whole job.

Is there a free option?
Why €15 for 12 months, not a monthly subscription?
Most people need alerts for a few months, until they get a home or stop looking, so a monthly subscription would mostly be paid for forgetting to cancel. One payment covers 12 months and pays for checking the portal round the clock, keeping the calculator right after every Budget, and answering your emails. Full refund within 14 days if it is not for you.
How fast are the alerts?
Within about 15 minutes of a change on the official portal. Reminders use the opening time the provider published.
How many emails will I get?
For one or two counties, a few a month: announced, evening before, hour before, open. Updates that arrive together come as one email. For all of Ireland choose the morning digest: only openings arrive at once, the rest waits for one email at 08:00. There is also a short Monday overview of what is open in your counties, only when there is something to show. You can switch between the two in your settings any time.
Do you cover the LDA, Tuath, Clúid and the councils?
Yes. Every provider advertises on the national portal, so one alert covers all of them. Registering with the LDA or Tuath directly is still worth doing for their own lists.
What if I already had the old free alert?
It keeps working as it did: new listings in one county, one email a day at most. To get the opening alerts and reminders, sign in with your email (we send a six-digit code) or open the link in any of our emails, and switch there.
How do I change my counties, pause or come back?
Sign in with your email: we send a six-digit code, there is no password. The link in any of our emails signs you in too. Your account shows what is open in your counties, lets you change counties, the rent filter and how often we write, and pause alerts. Pausing stops the emails; a paid year keeps running and switching back on costs nothing. Nothing is charged twice: if you type an email that already has a paid year into the form, it offers to sign you in instead of taking a payment.
